- S. 1This Act may be called the Bihar and Odisha Places of Pilgrimage (Odisha Repeal) Act, 2018
- S. 2(1) The Bihar and Odisha Places of Pilgrimage Act, 1920 is hereby repealed
- S. 3The section allows the government to issue orders to resolve difficulties in implementing the Act, but only within two years of its commencement, and these orders must be presented to the Odisha Legislative Assembly.
