(1) Any person aggrieved by an order passed by the Tahsildar under sub-section (3) of section 13 m y , if he has not preferred an appeal under sec- tion 27, institute a suit after the expiry of the period mentioned in section 27 but before completion of -a period of three monihs from the date of such expiry, in a Civil Court having jurisdiction to have the order set aside. (2) Any person aggrieved by an . order under section 27 or under section 28 may,, within three -months from the date of the order, institute a suit in a Civil Court having jurisdiction to have the order set aside .: . . Provided that no such suit against anorder under section 27 shall lie so long as an application, if any, made by such person under section 28 remains pending. :
