An order passedby the Board of Revenue in revision under section 15 and subject to such order the decisionof the Collector of Betterment Chargey on appeal under section 14 and subject to the order of the Board of Revenue and the decision of the Collector of Betterment Charges, the bward, declara- tion or order made under section 6, sub-sections (I) and (2) of section 12 and under section 13, shall be final.
