(1) The rights and responsibilities of the allottees shall be, for the purpose of this Act, rights and responsibilities as assigned to the allottees under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and any other rights and responsibilities specified under this Act. (2) The undivided interest of each apartment owner in the common areas and facilities as expressed in the declaration shall not be altered without the consent of two third of the apartment owners expressed in an amended declaration duly executed and registered as provided in this Act.
