Arrest without order or warrant

Arrest without order or warrant.- Any police officer, not being below the rank of Sub-Inspector of Police, may, without an order from a Magistrate and without a warrant, arrest any person who has been concerned in an offence against any of the provisions of this Act relating to an infected place or infected animal.
