Any person authorised by the Government b j tho in this qehalf, may enter on and inspect, or cause to Governme* be entered on and inspected, any immovable property occupied by, or under the control and admiaistratiop of ,the Couacd, or any work in progress under their direction ; and 'may c a U for and inspect any document (Sec, 44) which may be for purposes of this Act, in the posses- sion or under the control of the Council or the Faculty.
