(1) The Comptroller of Finance shall be appointed by the President in consultation with the Finance Committee. (2) The qualification and experience required, mode of selection, emoluments, other conditions of service, powers, functions, duties and responsibilities etc. for the post of Comptroller of Finance shall be such, as may be prescribed in the Regulation.
