(1) The following shall be the officers of the University, namely: (a) the President; (b) the Vice- Chancellor; (c) the Deans; (d) the Registrar; (e) the Comptroller of Finance; (f) the Controller of Examination; and (g) such other persons as may be declared by the Regulations to be Officers of the University.
