Tn this Act, unless the context otherwi~encfinitians I requires,- (a) "Education Act'' rneans the Orissa Educa- tion Act, 1969 ; (b) "managiag authority" means the manag- ingcommitteeor governing body, as the case may be, of an aided educational iastitutio~ ; (c) words and expressions used in this Act, but not deEncd hcrcin, shall have the Sara meaning as assigned to then1 respectively under tbe Education Act or under the Rules and Regulations framed thereunder. $1) words and expressions used in this Act but ~iot dehed herein, shaIl have thc sarnc meaning as assigned fo them res~;ectively under the Edvcation Act or under the Rules and Regulations framed tllereu nder.
