Appointment of Sub-Committee or Joint Committee :– A Market Committee may, subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder by itself or conjointly and in co-operation with any other Market Committee, appoint one or move of its members to be a Sub-Committee or to be a Joint Committee a for the conduct of any work or to report on any matter as it may think fit.
