Trial of offences :– 1[(1) No offence under this Act or any rule or bye-laws made thereunder, shall be tried by a Court other than, that of a Judicial Magistrate of the list class or that of a Judicial Magistrate of the second class specially empowered in this behalf.] (2) Prosecution under this Act or any rule or bye-laws made thereunder, may be instituted by any person duly authorised in writing' by the Market Committee, in this behalf.
