Acquisition of land :– When any land is required for the purpose of this Act, the State Government may, on the request of the Market Committee proceed to acquire it under the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act, 1 of 1894, or any other law for the time being in force, and on payment by the Market Committee, of the compensation awarded under the said Act or other law, as the case may be, and of all other charges incurred by the State Government on account of such acquisition, the land shall vest in the Market Committee. 15 CHAPTER - IV TRADE ALLOWANCES
