Legislative-12.11.1987. Assented to by the President on the 20th October, 1987 An Act to provide for the Constitution of a Welfare Fund for payment of retirement benefits to Advocates in the State of Orissa and for matters con- nected therewith or incidental therereto. Whereas it is expedient to provide for the constitution of welfare fund for the payment of retirement and other benefits to Advocates in the State of Orissa and matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Orissa in the Thirty eighth Year of the Republic of India, as follows :
