(1) The President of each Autonomous Board shall have such administrative and financial powers as may be delegated to it by the National Commission to enable such Autonomous Board for optimum functioning. (2) The President of an Autonomous Board may further delegate any of his powers to a Member or an officer of such Autonomous Board.
