(1) The experts, consultants, professionals, officers and other employees appointed under section 8 shall be made available to the Autonomous Boards in such number and manner, as may be specified by regulations. (2) The foreign experts and domain specialists from foreign countries invited by the National Commission under section 8 shall also be made available to the Autonomous Boards in such number and manner, as may be specified by regulations.
