In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) "Board" means the Board established under section 3; (b) "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Board; (c) "Fund" means the Fund referred to in section 23; (d) "Library" means the institution located at Calcutta and known at the commencement of the Constitution as the National Library; (e) "member" means a member of the Board and includes the Chairman; (f) "prescribed" means prescribed by rules made under this Act.
