(1) On and after the commencement of this Act, the Library shall be known as "the National Library of India", and any reference to the National Library in any law for the time being in force or in any indenture, instrument or other document shall be construed as a reference to the National Library of India. (2) The Library shall continue to be located at Calcutta.
