Section 11

Power to make rules.

(1) The Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules to carry out the provisions of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such rules may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely:–– (a) the fees and allowances payable to the eminent persons nominated under sub-clause (d) of clause (1) of article 124A of the Constitution; (b) the terms and other conditions of service of officers and other employees of the Commission under sub-section (2) of section 8; (c) any other matter which is to be, or may be, prescribed, in respect of which provision is to be made by the rules.
