(1) The State Government shall provide the Commission with such officers and employees as may be necessary, to form its Secretariat to assist the Commission in its efficient performance of the functions assigned and to exercise its powers conferred upon it under this Act. - (2) The remuneration and other facilities to be provided to the officers and employees of the Secretariat of the Commission and their other terms A - and conditions shall be such as may be prescribed in rules to be made by the State Government. (3) The officers and employees of the Secretariat ofthe Commission shall be under the direct control and superintendence of the Member- Secretary. Chairwomen, Members etc., to be public servants
