(I) This Act may be called The Nagaland Village and Tribal Councils (Fifth Amendment) Act, 2022, (II) It extends to the whole of Nagaland. (iii) It shalt come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification in the Gazette, appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of the Act. Amendment of Section 2
