- S. 6Section23 to 50 of the principal act shall stand deleted
- S. 7The following new section, viz section23,24,25,26 &27 shall be inserted in the principal act
- S. 10Section 51,52,53,&54 of the principal act shall be renumbered as section 28,29,30,&3 1 respectively of the amended act
