Short title, extent and commencement. (1) This Act, may be called the Tuensang District (Assimilation of Laws on the State Subjects) Act, 1968. (2) It extends to the District of Tuensang in the State of Nagaland. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Governor may by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
