Amendment of Sub Section (1) of Section 2 of the Principal Act: In Sub Section (I) of Section 2, the following substituted. i. "Authority" shall mean Development Authority, Nagaland constituted under section 8 A and shall also include authority as may be declared or constituted by the State Government under section 12 of the Principal Act.
