Constitution of council: 1) All Council shall consist of the followingmembersname1y:- A. Ex-officio (i) Hon. Minister for Health & Family Welfare. ( Commissioner & Secretary, Health & Family Welfare, Nagaland. Principal Director, Health & Family Welfare, Nagaland. (iv) Director Health Service, Health & Family Welfare, Nagaland. (v) Director Family Welfare, Health & Family Welfare, Nagaland. B. Nominated Members (i) Additional Director, Drug Control, Health & Family Welfare 6) Managing Director, NagaHospital Authority Kohima. I) Medical Superintendent, Naga Hospital Authority Kohima. (iv) Principal Para Medical Tmining Institute, Kohima C. Elected Members Five members to be elected from amongst themselves by the registered Allied Health & Education Practitioners in such manner as may be prescribed by regulations: Provided that in the case of constitution of the Council for the fmt time after the commencement of this Act the members under this category shaU be nominated by the State Government. 2) The member under clause B (1) to (4) of sub-section (1) shall he nominated by the Sate Government. 3) One representative each fiom State ParaMedical Associations eg. Pharmacist Association etc,
