Accounts and Audit 1) The accounts of the Council shall he prepared before such date and at such intervals and in such manner as may be prescribed. 2) New accounts of the Council shall be audited by the registered chartered accountant. The audit fee of the chartered accountant shall be fixed by the Council kom time to time as per their regulations. 3) As soon as the accounts of the Council are audited the Council shall send a copy thereof, together with a copy of the report of the Principal Director Health & Family Welfare Nagaland, Kohima thereon, to the State Government in such manner as may be prescribed.
