Members of Council 1) All members of the Council shall receive suchhaveling andother allowance as Allowances of may be prescribed by regulations Provided that the members ofthe Council who are Government employees shallnot be entitled to received such allowances. 2) No member shall be entitled to any payment other than the payments as specified in sub-section (1).
