Filling up of easual vacancy. If a casual vacancy arises in the office of a nominated or appointed Member, either by reason ofhisiher death, resignation, removal or othenvise, suchvacancy shall be filledup by the Government by nomination or appointment as the case may be and such Member shall hold ofice only for the remainder of the term of the Member in whose place helshe was nominated or appointed.
