Short title, Extent and commencement. i) This Act may be called the Nagaland State Higher Education Council Act, 2014. ii) It shall extend to the whole of the State ofNagaland. ii$ It shall come into force on the date of its Publication in the Official Gazette of the Govt. of Nagaland.
