The Board of Governors and Diplomas etc.Academic Council shall have the power to withdraw a certificate or Diploma or a Degree or any other academic distinction, including an honorary degree of academic distinction granted to, or conferred upon, a student or an eminent person, for good and sufficient reasons to be enumerated in the regulations. Teaching and curriculum 15. (1) All teaching in the University shall be done by Teachers appointed by the University in accordance with the regulations.
