Repeal and Savings The Cattle Tresspass Act, 1871 (Central Act, 1 of 1871) in its application to the District of Kohima, Mokokchung, Phek, Wokha and Zunheboto is hereby repealed but notwithstanding such repeal all pound established under the aforesaid Act shall be deemed to be pounds established under this Act.
