(i) The State Goivernment may, by notification in made under this section may direct that any such the official Gazette, appoint such officer or such persons or class of persons as they think fit to be Inspectors for the purposes of this Act within such local limits as they may assign to them respectively. (ii) The State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint the Labour Commissioner, or Deputy Labour Commissioner Assistant Labour Commissioner of Nagaland as Chief Inspector for the purposes of this Act. Powers and duties of Inspectors
