Short title, extend and Commencement :- (i) This Act may be called the Nagaland (Sale of Petroleum and Petroleum Products including Motor Spirit and Lubricants) Taxation (Amendment) Act 2000. (ii) It shall extend to the whole of the state of Nagaland.
