This Act may be called the Nagaland Salaries, allowances and other facilities of the Chief Minister other Ministers, Speaker, Leader of opposition, Deputy Speaker, Parliamentary Secretaries and other members of the Nagaland legislative Assembly and pension for Ex-Member (first Amendment) Act, 2010. Insertion of a new clause to section 1 Afterthe existing section 1 clause 1-3 another clause shall be inserted, namely: (4) The Amendment shall have effect fiomthe date of Governor gives his assent to the bill. Insertion of new sub-clause to clause 1 of section 8.
