(1) The State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, make rules for carrying out the purpose of this Act, (2) All rules and orders made under this Act shall be laid before the Nagaland Legislative Assembly, as soon as may he, after they are made arid shall be subject to such modifications as the Legislative Assembly may make.
