Whenever it is made .o appear to the State Government in the Department or Law and Justice or any Officer of the said Department authorised in this behalf either on the report of any court, or on the application of a party interested, or on its own initiative that it is expedient for the ends of justice that any particular case or appeal be transferred from any court in district to another court in a different district in the State of Nagaland it. may pass such order transferring the case or appeal as the case may be, after giving opportunity of showing cause in writing before making of such order.”
