The following Rules shall be inserted after Rule 24 as Rule 25: “25 (1)The court after recording of evidence that may be adduced by the parties and after hearIng arguments in the case, shall pronounce judgment either at once r, as soon thereafter on a date fixed for the purpose. (2) In the judgment so pronounced, the court shall state as finding or decision. with the reasons therefore on all issues framed, unless the findings spun one or more the issues is sufficient for the decision, of the suit or action.”
