A New Rule 22C shall be inserted after Rule 22B of the Principal Rules: “22C, Whenever it is made to appear to the State Government in the Department of Law and Justice or any officer of the said Department authorised in this behalf either on the report of any court or on. the application of a party interested or on its own initiative that it is expedient for the ends of justice that any particular case or appeal be transferred from one criminal court in a district to another court in a different district in the State of Nagaland it may pass such order transferring the case or appeal as the case may be after giving opportunity of showing cause in writing before making of such order”.
