The Rules 15, 17, 18, 19, 22(c), 22(d), 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 31 and 38 of the Rules for Administration of Justice and Police in Nagaland, 1937 the word “Dobhasis” shall be inserted and shall be deemed to have been inserted with effect from 1st December, 1963 after the words “headman of lebels” wherever the said words appear in the aforesaid Rules,
