Amemtment of rule 14. in Rule 14 of the Principal Rules the following phrases shall be deleted; (a) “91 the sub~div15b0flal office, mokokchung so far as the m0kokchung sub-division is concerned” and (h) “or by the Sub~division Officer, mokokchung as far as the ~0kokchUflg suh.dIviS10u1 is concerned subject to the approval in writing of the Deputy Commissioner”.
