Removal of diff~cultie (1) If any di5culty arises in giving effect to the provisions ofthis Act, the Government may, as occasion may req~iie, by order, do anything not inconsistent with this Act or the rules made thereunder, which appears to them necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty: Provided that, no such order shall be issued after two years from the date of commencement of this Act. (2) Every order issued under this section shall be laid before the Legislative Assembly.
