Members and employees oftheAuthority to be public servants: AU members and employees oftheAuthority while acting orpurportingto act under the provisions of this Act or any rules made thereunder shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 2 1 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860).
