Delegation. The Authority may, with the previous approval of the Government, delegate to the Executive Committee, Road Safetv Commissioner or the District Road Safety Committee such of its powers andfunctions, as it may consider necessary, for the effective implementation of the road safety programmes by general or special order, subject to such restrictions as it deems fit.
