For section 3 ofthe Nagaland Retirement fiom Public EmploymentAct, 1991 (here after referred to as the Principal Act). Amendment of Section 3 The existing entry shall be substituted by the following "Section 3(1) : Not withstanding anything contained in any rule or orders for the time being in force, a personin public employment shall hold from the date of this joining public employment until he attains the age of sixty years".
