Power of the Government to regulate the courses of instruction or training in tourism- Government may, for the better and efficient management of tourism of the state, regulates subject to such conditions and restriction as may be prescribed, the courses of instructions or training in tourism conducted by any institution or organisation other than those affiliated to any of the Universities in the state and those recognised or approved by Government.
