Power to inspect- The prescribed authority or any person authorised by him in this behalf may within the tourist area, inspect at all reasonable times, the premises in which a dealer or a travel agent carries on his business or any premises where a hotel operated and require such dealer, travel agent or a hotel-keeper to produce any document, kept in pursuance of this Act or the rules made thereunder for inspection.
