Certificate of Registration- The prescribed authority shall, unless registration is rehsed under section 5, direct that the name and the particulars of the dealer be entered in the register maintained for the purpose and shall issue a certificate of registration thedealer in the prescribed form within a period of six months from the date of the receipt of the application.
