Short title, extent and commencement:- (1) This Act may be called the 'Nagaland Prohibition of Gambling and promotion and Regulation of Online Games of Skill Act, 2015. (2) It extends to the State of Nagaland. (3) It shall come into force with effect on such date as the Government may, by notification in the State Gazette, appoint.
