Short title, extent and Commencement. (1)This Act may he called the Nagaland Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Taxation (Amendment) Act, 1989. (2)It shall come into force 1st day of July, 1989. (3)It shall extend to the whole State of Nagaland.
