Short title, extent and commencement. (1) This Act may be called the Nagaland Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Taxation (Third Amendment) Act, 1992. (2) It shall extend to the whole State of Nagaland. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force from the 1st day of .July, 1989.
