Appointment of other staff members. - The appointing authority may consider in situ- promotions of the staff members. The staff members shall draw pay and allowances equivalent to the similar post in the Government and shall be eligible to draw allowances, house rent allowance, daily allowance. etc. The leave and travelling of the staff members shall be equivalent to that of employees of Government in similar posts. The appointing authority may also appoint staff members on contract basis.
